There are no free starter credits: you top up (or subscribe) when you're ready to publish or use the AI studios.
Why do listings expire after 30 days?
Every listing runs for 30 days — the market standard — so search results stay fresh and genuinely available. Renewing takes one click from your portal and is free while you're within your plan's included active listings; beyond that it's the same fee as publishing (from 20 credits, more in prime areas).
Is there a cap on how many listings I can have?
No hard caps. Your account includes a number of free active listings (Owner 2 · CEA-verified agent 8 · Landlord+ 15 · Pro 30 · Agency 100); beyond that, each additional active listing simply costs credits per 30 days. Scale as far as your credits go.
What does "free during launch" mean?
While we build up the marketplace, the paid plans aren't billed — CEA-verified agents get 8 free active listings on Starter, and nobody is charged a subscription. Join a plan's waitlist and we'll email you before billing ever turns on; early agents keep preferential launch pricing.
Do monthly credits roll over?
Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over. Credits you buy as top-ups never expire.
Is it really free for seekers and small owners?
Yes. Seekers are free forever. Owners get 2 active listings and a 3-unit management dashboard at no cost — you only pay to go beyond that or for agent-grade AI & lead features.
