What exactly is a credit?
A credit powers the AI studios — photo clean-up, virtual staging, posters, video — and optional boosts. Listing itself is free while we launch, so you only need credits if you want the AI to do the work. Browsing, listing, messaging and editing are always free. There are no free starter credits: you top up when you're ready to use a studio.
Why do listings expire after 30 days?
Every listing runs for 30 days — the market standard — so search results stay fresh and genuinely available. Renewing takes one click from your portal and is free while you're within your plan's included active listings; beyond that it's the same fee as publishing (from 20 credits, more in prime areas).
Is there a cap on how many listings I can have?
Your account includes free active listings — CEA-verified agents 30 · owners 2 · Landlord+ 15 · Agency 100 · Elite 250. Beyond that an extra active listing costs credits per 30 days, and we always show you the exact cost and whether a plan would be cheaper before you confirm — we will never charge you more than the plan that would cover you.
What does "free during launch" mean?
Nobody is charged a subscription, and publishing or renewing a listing costs no credits. CEA-verified agents get 30 free active listings; owners get 2. When billing does start we'll email you 30 days beforehand, and early agents keep launch pricing. The prices under “What it'll cost later” are what they'll be — published now so nothing is a surprise.
Do monthly credits roll over?
Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over. Credits you buy as top-ups never expire.
Is it really free for seekers and small owners?
Yes. Seekers are free forever. Owners get 2 active listings and a 3-unit management dashboard at no cost — you only pay to go beyond that or for agent-grade AI & lead features.
