These are not illustrative numbers. They are the exact values eligibility and affordability read at run time, so what you see here is what those pages compute with.

Corrections

Figures are checked against the source shown for each group on the date shown. If one is out of date, tell us and it gets fixed at the source — one file, one place — rather than in each calculator. Nothing here is advice: confirm against HDB, CPF, MAS or IRAS before you commit to a purchase.
